Administrative and commercial data
In accordance with the RGPD, commercial and marketing data is stored for a maximum of 3 years, and data linked to order invoicing for a maximum of 6 years.

2- Access data and hosting

Access and hosting data are evaluated to ensure trouble-free operation of the page and to improve our offering.

On each visit, the web server automatically records a so-called server log file containing, for example, the name of the file requested, your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the amount of data transmitted and the provider (access data).

Google AJAX Search
In order to guarantee faster loading times for certain online content, we use the Google AJAX Search API service, which coordinates the delivery of web page content for improved performance. Google LLC is headquartered in the USA and is certified by the EU-US Data Protection Shield. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after your visit to the page.

Geolocation
Your IP address is used to identify the country from which you are visiting our site, so that, if necessary, we can send you a version of the site in your language. The data processed in this way is deleted as soon as you close your browser. You can object to the processing of your IP address by clicking on the button at the top of your web page.

Accommodation services

Our website is hosted by OVH. All data collected when using the website or in forms is processed on its servers. This service provider is based in a European Union country and is therefore subject to compliance with the RGPD.

 

3- Collection and use of data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract or opening a customer account :

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us when you contact us (via contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need this data to process your contact. You can see which data is collected in which cases on the relevant registration forms. We use the data you provide to process your requests.

Once a contract has been fully executed, your data is restricted for further processing and deleted once the commercial and fiscal retention periods have elapsed. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the contact details below.

 

4- Transmission of data for mailing/delivery purposes

For the purpose of fulfilling a contract, we may pass on your data to a shipping company responsible for delivery if this is necessary to deliver mail or goods ordered (La Poste, Colissimo...).

 

5- Use of data for payment processing

Credit check, payment after invoicing or direct debit
In the case of pre-payment services, e.g. payment by direct debit, it is necessary to obtain information on the economic identity of your company in order to conclude the contract. For this purpose, we may pass on your personal data required for payment to our bank / occasionally to our credit check agency. Once the contract has been fully executed, we will delete this data.

 

6- E-newsletter and postal advertising
