1Where are your intimate toys made?

All our toys are made in France, in our workshop in Valence (Drôme).

  • The designs : some models are created in-house, others are designed by renowned 3D artists whose models we purchase.
  • The molds are prepared and 3D-printed right in the workshop.
  • Each toy is hand-cast in silicone, one piece at a time, then visually inspected before being packed and shipped from Valence.
2What materials are your dildos made of?

Our toys are made from platinum silicone — medical-grade and certified “skin-safe”. They meet the strictest safety standards to take care of your intimate health.

  • A non-porous material, soft to the touch and easy to clean.
  • Five firmness levels to choose from : ultra soft (00-35), soft (00-40), medium (00-50), firm (00-55) and extra firm (00-60).
  • Three finishes depending on the model: satin, metallic or matte (soft and non-stick).
3How does shipping work?

We know discretion is essential:

  • Your orders are shipped in plain packaging, with no explicit wording or brand logo on the outside of the box.
  • In-stock items ordered before 2 pm (Paris time) ship the same day. Made-to-order toys ship as soon as they are finished.
  • In France, you can choose a Mondial Relay pickup point or locker, a UPS Access Point, home delivery (Mondial Relay or UPS Express) or pickup at our Valence workshop. Shipping to Mondial Relay pickup points and lockers is free on orders over €59.
  • In Europe (European Union) : Mondial Relay pickup point (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Austria) free on orders over €99, and UPS home delivery in 3 to 5 business days free on orders over €149, with no customs fees.
  • Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, rest of the world): UPS shipping with a choice of “duties and taxes included” or “not included” (see the questions below).
  • Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier picks up the parcel.
4Shipping to the United States and Canada: how does it work?

We ship with UPS Express, with delivery in 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. When you order, you choose between two options:

  • Duties and taxes INCLUDED : the shipping price covers customs duties, taxes and clearance fees. You pay nothing on delivery – your parcel comes straight to your door.
  • Duties and taxes NOT included : shipping is cheaper, but import charges are paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives (UPS will contact you for payment).

Estimated charges due on delivery (“not included” option):

  • United States : as a rough guide, about $15 to $25 for a €100 order (US customs duties and UPS clearance fees).
  • Canada : since our products are made in France, they are generally exempt from customs duties under the EU-Canada trade agreement. You remain responsible for GST/HST (5 to 15% depending on your province) and UPS clearance fees.

These amounts are estimates: customs rules may change and the exact amount is set by the authorities of the destination country. A parcel refused because of import charges is returned to us at your expense.

5Shipping to the United Kingdom: how does it work?

We ship to the United Kingdom with UPS Standard, with delivery in about 3 business days after dispatch. When you order, you choose between two options:

  • Duties and taxes INCLUDED : the shipping price includes UK VAT, any duties and clearance fees. You pay nothing on delivery.
  • Duties and taxes NOT included : shipping is cheaper, but import charges may be requested from the recipient when the parcel arrives (UPS will contact you for payment).

Estimated charges due on delivery (“not included” option):

  • Customs duties : since our products are made in France, they are generally exempt from customs duties under the EU-UK trade agreement.
  • UK VAT : 20% of the order value, plus UPS clearance fees.

6How do I care for and clean my You & Me toy?

To keep your toy hygienic and long-lasting, clean it before and after each use :

  • Wash it in lukewarm water with a mild soap or a dedicated intimate toy cleaner.
  • Rinse thoroughly, then dry it with a clean, lint-free cloth or a microfiber towel.
  • Store it away from dust and direct light, ideally in a fabric pouch, without touching other toys.
  • Avoid solvents, pure alcohol and harsh household products: they can damage the finish (satin, metallic or matte).
7What kind of lubricant should I use?
  • For a silicone toy (all our dildos): use water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricants, including “hybrid” lubricants, can permanently damage the surface of the toy.
  • For an accessory made of another material (resin, etc.): check the recommendations on the product page. Water-based lubricant remains the safest and most universal choice.

8How does ordering a custom sex toy work?

Everything is done through our online configurator, which gives you the price instantly:

  1. Your starting point : a 3D file (STL), a scan, photos or a simple drawing / description.
  2. Your size : total length and diameter (up to 39 cm / 15.4 in long).
  3. Your options : color, finish, firmness and Vac-U-Lock compatibility.
  4. Design and 3D modeling : our Valence workshop prepares the 3D model and checks that it meets our safety and comfort standards.
  5. Handcrafted production : the mold is printed, then your toy is hand-cast before being shipped to you discreetly.

A 50% deposit is required when you order. Allow an average of 3 to 4 weeks between project approval and shipping.

9Can you really make a toy from a scan or a personal model?

Absolutely! It is what makes our workshop in the Drôme truly unique. You can send us:

  • a 3D file (STL) ready to use;
  • a 3D scan, which we clean up and rework;
  • some photos, a drawing or a description of the shape you want.

Your files are handled in complete confidentiality. For a scan, you must have the consent of the person scanned. We do not reproduce protected or branded designs.

10Which features can I customize on my toy?

Everything is designed so that your toy suits you 100%:

  • Size : 8 standard sizes on our models (from S to Legendary), or a fully custom size for made-to-order creations.
  • Firmness : five levels, from ultra soft to extra firm, depending on the sensations you are after.
  • Colors : solid, two-tone, Signature colors, glow-in-the-dark, realistic skin tone (light, tan, ebony) or a fully custom shade.
  • Finish : satin, metallic or matte.
  • Compatibility : with or without a Vac-U-Lock hole, to use your toy with a harness, a suction cup or a handle.
